Corrosion Inhibitors

As a liquid concentrated atmospheric corrosion inhibitor, after dilution (a 20%-40% solution is preferred), AC-8020 is normally sprayed, but can be brushed or swabbed on any surface exposed to outside or atmospheric conditions.

XC-112 is a concentrated corrosion inhibitor suitable for use in acid systems.

XC-106 is an effective and highly concentrated blend of alcohols and quaternary inhibitors for acidizing operations.

PChem QI-80P is an excellent water soluble corrosion inhibitor for water floods, salt water disposal systems, packer fluids, pipelines or producing oil wells.  It can be blended with other bases, diluted or used full-strength.  It can be blended with phosphonates to produce combination scale/corrosion inhibitors.

PChem QI-80E is an excellent water soluble corrosion inhibitor for water floods, salt water disposal systems, packer fluids, pipelines or producing oil wells.  It can be blended with other bases, diluted or used full-strength.  It can be blended with phosphonates to produce combination scale/corrosion inhibitors.

PChem QI-80M is an excellent water soluble corrosion inhibitor for water floods, salt water disposal systems, packer fluids, pipelines or producing oil wells.  It can be blended with other bases, diluted or used full-strength.  It can be blended with phosphonates to produce combination scale/corrosion inhibitors.

PChem IC-512C is used used to formulate oil soluble and water dispersible corrosion inhibitors.  It is normally diluted in HAN or other aromatic solvents.

PChem IC-912 is used to formulate corrosion inhibitors for oilfield use.  It is frequently converted to a quaternary salt to make a water soluble corrosion inhibitor.

PChem IC-405 is typically used for down hole batch treatments in oil wells to control corrosion.

PChem IC-510B is used to formulate oil soluble and water dispersible corrosion inhibitors.  It is normally diluted in HAN or other aromatic solvents.
