Chemical Name:
imidazoline

BC - 703 R is a highly active imidazoline/dimer acid base used to formulate oil soluble corrosion inhibitors.

Application Details:

BC-703R is typically used for downhole batch treatments in oil wells requiring oil soluble corrosion inhibitors.  Depending on the severity of the corrosion problem, it can be diluted up to 3 parts HAN to 1 part BC-703R with excellent results.

PChem BC 568

Chemical Name:
concentrated blend: fatty ammonium salts

PChem BC-568 is a unique concentrate of amines.

Application Details:

PChem BC-568 can be used in most systems where water-soluble products are required and has a large window of usage in water injection systems, flow lines and pipe lines. It can be diluted as much as 3:1 in water, methanol or ethylene glycol for excellent results.

PChem BC-560-85

Chemical Name:
concentrated blend: fatty ammonium salts in methanol

BC-560-85 is a unique concentrate of amines, primary amine quaternary compounds and an imidazoline quaternary compound.

Application Details:

BC-560-85 can be used in most systems where water-soluble products are required. It has a large window of usage in water injection systems, flow lines and pipe lines and can be diluted at rate of 50% water, methanol or ethylene glycol to give excellent results.

Chemical Name:
concentrated blend: fatty ammonium salts in methanol
CAS Numbers:
68153-60-6

BC - 560 is a unique concentrate of amines, primary amine quaternary compounds and an imidazoline quaternary compound.

Application Details:

BC-560 can be used in most systems where water-soluble products are required. It has a large window of usage in water injection systems, flow lines and pipe lines and can be diluted at rate of 50% water, methanol or ethylene glycol to give excellent results.

PChem BC-509

Chemical Name:
weighting agents and amines

BC-509 is a mixture of weighting agents and amines.  It is not corrosive to most metals.

Application Details:

BC-509 is used to treat wells with high fluid levels where conventional inhibitors fail. Batching this type of inhibitor allows for continuous treatment as the inhibitor is dispersed or becomes soluble in the entire column of fluid and feeds back in the daily produced fluid.

PChem BC-507

Chemical Name:
quaternary ammonium chlorides and cyclic amines

BC-507 is a blend of quaternary ammonium chlorides and cyclic amines.

Application Details:

BC-507 is used to formulate gas pipeline corrosion inhibitors and down hole inhibitors. It is used to treat gas pipelines, water disposal wells and water flood injection wells and can be combined with scale inhibitors, surfactants and certain oxygen reduction agents to formulate a versatile compound. BC-507 can be diluted with water or various alcohols.

PChem BC - 504

Chemical Name:
amine-based inhibitors, quaternary ammonium compounds and sulfite type oxygen scavengers

BC - 504 is a concentrated formulated blend composed of a combination of amine-based inhibitors, quaternary ammonium compounds and sulfite type oxygen scavengers.

Application Details:

BC-504 is a concentrate formulated blend to be used as a packer fluid.  It can be batch treated or injected with a chemical pump on a continuous basis.
